All you have to do is input your payment and direct deposit information into our secure system, submit the switch and we will take care of the rest. You can monitor the progress and switch status in the “status” column on your dashboard. You can also initiate the closing of accounts at your previous financial institution using eSwitch2Varsity, powered by ClickSWITCH.

Online and mobile banking enrollment is quick and easy. You can enroll from your computer, laptop, notepad or any mobile device. Just follow two quick steps below:
- Enroll online by opening an account from the homepage of varsity.bank. If you need assistance in enrolling or accessing your account, please contact us here.
- For mobile banking, download the Varsity Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play onto your mobile device. Once you have downloaded your app, you can save time and gas money by depositing checks from anywhere, anytime.
Yes, upon enrolling into our free Varsity Online and Mobile Banking services, you may further enroll into eStatements to start receiving your statements electronically.
- To view your statement within online banking, select eStatements from the Accounts drop-down.
- Select the account and month you would like to review, and a PDF will automatically be downloaded. We will store up to 18 months of history for you to review.
If you have forgotten your Varsity Online and Mobile Banking password, you may select the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Please note: If you enter incorrectly your account number/User ID more than three times, your account will be locked for security reasons. Once your account has been locked, you will need to Contact Us to reset your account.

Once a company receives the form, automatic payment and direct deposit switches typically take 5-15 business days. Since the timeframe depends on the company’s receiving the switch request, it’s always a good idea to review your switch status page for the most current information regarding each switch and to continue monitoring your accounts.
A direct deposit is any payment that you receive from an organization directly into your account. These deposits include payroll direct deposits, government direct deposits (Social Security, Disability, etc.) and dividend payment direct deposits from investments accounts.
You can switch your direct deposits to your Varsity Bank accounts with just a few clicks using eSwitch2Varsity, powered by ClickSwitch.
The easiest way to check the status of a switch is to look at the “Status” column of your eSwitch2Varsity, powered by ClickSWITCH, account. Switches that have been completed and confirmed by your biller or depositor will display a “Completed” status. Switches that are still in process will display a “Mailed” status. Log in to your eSwitch2Varsity account to check the status of your switches.
For switches that have a "Mailed" status for 15 days or more, we recommend contacting the company to confirm the switch is completed or check your account.
